Indoor Winter Improvement Programs

PGA Golf Professional Pat Lenski—powered by Trackman—will improve your golf game.

My winter lesson programs offer individual golf instruction and golf specific fitness training guidance to provide a well-rounded game improvement experience.  The private 1-hour lessons provide detailed one on one coaching on proper swing motor pattern development. Students will undergo a full evaluation and have access to their own interactive mytrackman locker at trackmangolf.com to view personal lesson video screencasts, shot reports and test center results. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced competitor, I have a program to help you get your game to the next level!

The primary focus is long-term, lasting game improvement.  To realize this, every student will follow a comprehensive plan that involves the following steps:

Evaluation & Instruction: The evaluation includes analysis of your swing mechanics, Trackman data, video referencing and a golf equipment review.  Post evaluation I will develop a custom made action plan to create specific swing drills to create correct motor patterns as it relates to your golf swing.  The instruction sessions will feature state of the art motor pattern integration practices from the Titleist Performance Institute along with Trackman club and ball data to produce real and lasting results.

Performance: Taking what you have learned in your practice sessions and translating it to improved performance on the golf course is the goal.  Ultimately what matters is being able to play better golf and shoot better scores by taking the technical swing training and allowing it to flow in an athletic motion during a round of golf.  Knowing the cause and effect of how your swing performs is empowering, leading to a self-reliant and confident golfer.

Re-Evaluation: The final part of the program involves a review of the student’s progress, and an update to the action plan, with new goals, and adjustments to the lesson plans.
